The seat shell by its own becomes the connector for the different frame variations and is transporting the Idea of flexibility and individualisation of the stool.
Not only the material of the seat shell and the stool legs can be individualized, also the form and kind of the connector.

In this version we used form-fleece and molded plywood.

Corian, Wood &Metal
Corian is composed of acrylic polymer and alumina trihydrate and was created by DuPont scientists in 1967.
Corian is thermally 3D- deformable which made this material perfect for our material experiments on this stool.
